No. The League of Women Voters is strictly nonpartisan. LWVDK never endorses or opposes any political party, candidate for office, or ballot measure.

Anyone 16 years or older, of any gender identity. Membership is not limited to women. We welcome all DeKalb County residents who share our commitment to democracy.

Suggested dues are $75 per year. A sliding scale is available from $20/year minimum. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

Monthly membership meetings are held the 4th Saturday of each month at 10:30 AM at Toco Hills Library, 1282 McConnell Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30329. Meetings run about 90 minutes.

Yes. Membership meetings are open to all. You do not need to be a member to attend.

LWVDK's Observer Corps trains and deploys member volunteers to attend and document public government meetings — Board of Commissioners, School Board, City Council, courts, and more. Reports are published publicly on our website.

Active members can sign up to join the Observer Corps. Contact observercorps@lwvdk.org or raise your hand at the next membership meeting. Training is provided.

Yes. We run voter registration drives at libraries, community events, and other public locations throughout the year.

Absolutely. All voter information — registration links, Vote411 candidate guides, voting FAQs — is provided in a nonpartisan manner. We never tell voters who to vote for.
